2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Build and launch your website
- Communicate with you about your project
- Process payments via Stripe
- Send you billing notifications and receipts
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
3. Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Foundsite does not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.
4. Data Storage
Your intake form submissions and project details are stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider based in the United States. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
5. Communications
By submitting our intake form, you agree to receive emails from us related to your project. These include project updates, staging links, launch confirmations, and billing notifications. You will not receive unsolicited marketing emails.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to our legal and contractual obligations)
